With residents living on campus, you’ll provide personalized therapy, support daily living activities, and help residents maintain independence within their continuum of care.

This full-time position includes competitive pay of $40.00–$49.00 per hour, comprehensive benefits, CPR certification preferred, and a collaborative interdisciplinary team environment

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in working with the older adult population preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Note: state regulations may apply and take precedence over the job description.

• Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines, with comfort and companionship.
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs throughout their care.
