Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care addressing residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs.
• Implement individualized care plans based on residents' preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs.
