Job summary

Edgewood Assisted Living in Watertown, SD is seeking an Assistant Executive Director to help ensure the success of our community for residents, their families, and our staff. This leadership role collaborates with the Executive Director to supervise staff, assist with recruitment, manage scheduling, and coordinate payroll, all while upholding HIPAA and Edgewood policies.

A related associate degree and experience in geriatrics or assisted living are preferred, along with a passion for helping

• Associate’s degree in a related field.
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in collaboration with the Executive Director.
• Assist with staff recruitment and retention.
• Help prepare and maintain the schedule.
• Coordinate the processing of payroll.
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies.
