Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Two to four years of experience in operations management with success meeting financial goals in senior living, hospitality, or related fields.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop staff with strong performance management.
• Experience in facilities management and ensuring systems are maintained properly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day community operations with full profit and loss responsibility.
• Develop and execute sales and operations strategies in partnership with regional leaders.
• Supervise staff, manage budgets, and build a high-performing team.
• Maintain safety, occupancy, and service quality across the community.
