This leadership role focuses on regulatory compliance, quality of care, staff development, budgeting, and community outreach to sustain strong census levels and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of leadership experience in long-term care or healthcare administration.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field.
• Knowledge of assisted living regulations and licensure.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure resident health, safety, and quality of care.
• Support department leaders to coordinate service delivery.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain qualified staff.
• Manage budgeting, payroll, and expenses; meet occupancy goals.
• Build relationships with residents, families, staff, and community.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and resolve concerns.
• Participate in marketing and outreach to sustain census levels.
• Maintain records per licensing and audit requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
