Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and management of the community, including marketing, business, and financial functions.
• Manage hiring to stay within budget and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and oversee the community budget and department head training on budget adherence.
• Review financials with department heads and develop corrective plans as needed.
• Lead contracts approval for services and oversee risk assessments and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain resident relations, survey processes, and incident reporting as required.
• Ensure occupancy targets are met and respond to emergencies within a thirty mile radius.
