Harmony Senior Services, known for its luxurious senior living communities, seeks an Executive Director for Harmony at Laurel in Laurel, MD. This new community will offer Independent Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Care and is positioned as an employer of choice in the area.

As Executive Director, you will be the CEO responsible for daily operations, associate relations, resident and family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Three years of senior living Executive Director experience.

As the Executive Director, youwill be the CEO responsible for leading your community’s daily operations, associate relations, resident and resident family engagement and connection, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Creates and executes the business plan and develops the team to continue the tradition of being the premier senior living community in the area, while growing revenue and profitability in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams. Creates an inclusive community culture that prioritizes high-quality resident experiences and care.

Requirements
