Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as Executive Director.
• Must hold a current state administrative license.
• Proven success managing all aspects of senior community operations.
• Strong sales leadership and customer service orientation.
• Ability to build relationships with community groups to grow census.
• Excellent problem solving and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hiring practices and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Manage budgets and participate in community budget preparation.
• Lead contract approvals for services and oversee financial performance.
• Ensure occupancy targets are met and oversee marketing plans.
• Guide resident relations, surveys, and grievance processes.
• Lead a management team and coordinate with department heads.
