Job summary

Holiday by Atria in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a General Manager to oversee daily operations of a senior living community, with full P&L responsibility and focus on high service standards.

You'll recruit, train, and manage a 18–24 person team, drive occupancy and financial targets, coordinate with regional leaders, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, healthcare, hospitality, or related field.
• 2–4 years of operations management experience with financial goals.
• Proven success in senior living, long-term care, hospitality, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day community operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Lead recruiting, training, and performance management of staff (~18–24).
• Develop and execute sales and operations plans with regional leadership.
• Manage budgets, labor, occupancy, and expenses; drive census growth.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and high customer service standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain relationships with partners.
