Job summary

The Blake at LPGA, part of QSL Management, is seeking a Director of Business Operations to lead the business office and all administrative functions for our senior living community in Daytona Beach, FL. You will manage payroll, AR/AP, billing, and onboarding, while collaborating with multiple teams across sites.

Requirements include 2+ years in staff accounting (or 5 years full-charge bookkeeping), strong Excel/Word skills, and experience with Yardi.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart, willing to serve others.
• Excellent oral and written communication and language skills required.
• At least 2 years of experience in staff accounting or heavy bookkeeping.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word, and experience with accounting software; Yardi experience is a plus.
• College Degree in business, healthcare, hotel/restaurant management, or closely related area preferred, or 5+ years as a full-charge bookkeeper.
• Experience in monthly billing and collections; payroll processing and timekeeping.
• Accounts payable processing and approval via electronic platforms.
• Background in financial management, including budget prep and financial reporting.
• Ability to work with multiple teams across locations; willingness to work weekends/evenings.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Experience with senior adults is preferred.
