Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related field.
• Two years of experience with business office functions.
• Three to five years in business office management, finance or accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation and ensure employees follow company policies.
• Act as support to HR functions and assist the leadership team.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and protocols.
• Prepare census changes, enter payments, and prepare statements.
• Verify and maintain all employee records.
• Verify and submit timecards for bi-weekly payroll.
