Job summary

Brightview Senior Living LLC seeks a Business Office Director for our new community opening in Summer 2027. You will support clerical, bookkeeping, budgeting, financial reporting and HR functions for executives, associates and residents.

In this pivotal role, you’ll help recruit staff, manage vendor relationships, and ensure accurate billing and financial operations as the community builds from the ground up. Strong English communication and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business, accounting or related discipline with two years’ bookkeeping or office management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications quickly.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Director with recruitment, vendor management, and budget adherence.
• Maintain accounts receivable, billing, purchase orders and vendor files.
• Oversee AP/Payroll/Billing/Work Orders and supervise concierge and security staff.
• Set up resident and employee files in compliance with regulations.
