Medrina is seeking a Director of Assisted Living & Independent Living Operations to spearhead the growth and operational management of AL/IL services. This remote, full-time role requires coordinating with clinical leadership and compliance teams to design scalable care models across multiple markets.

Responsibilities include developing care delivery models, managing EHR workflows, regulatory adherence, and revenue-cycle optimization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive healthcare operations experience.
• Experience in physician practice operations, ambulatory care, senior living, or multi-site healthcare operations preferred.

• Lead development and expansion of AL/IL service line across multiple communities and markets.
• Develop scalable operating models, workflows, and infrastructure for healthcare services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper credentialing across locations.
• Oversee billing, revenue cycle, and payer interactions for services.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leadership, Compliance, IT, and Operations on program delivery.
