Job summary

PharMerica seeks a Director of Business Development for Assisted Living to lead growth in the Senior Living segment. You will drive customer acquisition strategies and partner with cross‑functional teams to roll out growth initiatives and sales plans.

The role requires strong B2B sales experience and familiarity with LTC/Senior Living markets. This is a remote role with 65% travel, targeting Oregon/Washington.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years direct B2B sales experience in senior living or LTC is necessary.
• Experience managing pipeline forecasting or account management in a cross‑functional team environment.
• Proven ability to meet revenue goals and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new customers; grow existing books of business in Assisted Living.
• Provide guidance and training to the Business Development Associate.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to implement growth initiatives and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
