Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead the community's day-to-day operations with full profit and loss responsibility. You will plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of operations while recruiting and training a high-performing team across sales, care, hospitality, and resident engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years in operations management, with driving responsibilities and potential licensing as an administrator where

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in operations management with demonstrated success in meeting financial and sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to drive Company/personal vehicle as needed.
• Possibility to obtain administrator license for assisted living where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily community operations and full P&L responsibility.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of operations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a 65–80 person team of leaders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and a safe living environment.
• Develop strategies for labor, occupancy, revenue, and expense control.
• Engage with residents, families, and the local community.
