Job summary

Community Wellness Partners seeks an Administrator to oversee the Enriched Housing and Adult Home operations in New York. You will develop policies, supervise nursing staff and department heads, and ensure admissions meet safety and care standards.

Responsibilities include managing sales tracking, budgeting with leadership, staff training, and representing the facility with public relations. Strong supervisory experience and DOH regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s in social work plus one year of related work experience; or a bachelor’s in an approved field plus three years of related experience, with supervisory experience acceptable to the department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the Enriched Housing program.
• Develop policies and procedures for the Enriched Housing program.
• Manage operation of Adult Home including admissions and staff liaison.
• Maintain sales processes: track calls, leads, tours, and lease signings.
• Review admission suitability and ensure safe, adequate care.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; maintain training records.
• Oversee facility budget with VP of Sales assistance.
• Lead QA committee and maintain DOH compliance.
• Ensure resident rights protections and conduct DOH surveys.
