NPAworldwide is seeking an experienced Assisted Living Facility Administrator in New York with strong knowledge of NYS assisted living regulations, healthcare laws, compliance requirements, and state programs. The role requires hands-on leadership and full ownership of facility operations and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee staffing, resident services, state reporting, inspections, and quality performance, and work with NYSDOH and other agencies to ensure compliance and survey readiness.

Qualificações

• Significant experience managing an Assisted Living Facility in New York State
• Strong knowledge of New York State assisted living laws and regulations
• Demonstrated experience with NYSDOH surveys, inspections, compliance, and corrective action
• Strong understanding of New York healthcare and senior-care programs
• Experience managing healthcare staff and facility operations
• Strong knowledge of resident rights and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of facility operations
• Strong computer, documentation, and reporting skills
• Appropriate New York State Administrator/Executive Director credentials or qualifications, as required for the facility
