Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice.
• Valid driver's license with access to a dependable vehicle or reliable public transportation.
• Preferred CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine rehab potential and develop an individualized plan.
• Provide direct treatment to adults and geriatric patients in outpatient settings.
• Supervise treatments delivered by the COTA or technician.
• Develop and instruct home exercise programs for patients and families.
• Document services per department and facility standards.
