Zusammenfassung

UnitedHealth Group's LHC Group is seeking a Senior Living Occupational Therapist to deliver age-appropriate care for adults to geriatrics, including assessments, direct treatment, and patient/family education in outpatient settings.

You will supervise COTA/tech, develop home exercise programs, participate in PI programs, and document services per facility standards. This full-time role involves direct patient care and teamwork with families and care teams.

Qualifikationen

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.

Aufgaben

• Evaluates the patient to determine rehab potential and sets an individualized plan of care.
• Establishes initial STG's and LTG's for the patient.
• Utilizes equipment safely and maintains inspection and cleaning logs.
• Maintains equipment logs for outpatient clinic needs.
• Follows medical regimens and applicable precautions during care.
• Performs safe treatment techniques including transfers, positioning, and modalities.
• Completes discharge summary on final outpatient visit.
