Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, Virginia, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide personalized care to residents. You will help residents stay active, safe, and engaged, supporting daily living activities and adapting plans to individual needs.

With all residents living on campus, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and ensure quality outcomes.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in working with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.

Mansioni

• Providing a holistic approach, supporting residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and companionship.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs throughout their care.
