You will oversee nursing teams, drive regulatory readiness, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary staff to implement individualized service plans.

The role emphasizes adherence to state and federal standards, infection control, and continuous staff development to support resident dignity and independence.

Qualificações

• Active state nursing license (RN or LPN) required.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in senior living or healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency with digital tools and EHR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee quality care delivery in line with regulations and care plans.
• Develop nursing service objectives and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
• Maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents.
• Provide nursing coverage and supervise staff including CNAs and medication techs.
• Assess residents and determine appropriate levels of care with urgency.
• Engage with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan care.
