Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) to support resident care on all shifts as needed. The role emphasizes supervising care staff, coordinating with families and physicians, and maintaining accurate medication and service records.

Position is non-remote, with hourly pay and PRN availability for night shifts. You will join a patient-centered team focused on high-quality senior care and continuous professional development.

Qualificações

• Current state LPN/LVN or RN license
• Experience with elderly in healthcare setting
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to build relationships with residents, family, and staff
• Professional and positive representation of the facility

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily care of residents
• Perform nursing tasks per policy and state law
• Document observations and ensure follow-up documentation
• Communicate resident needs to family and physicians
• Record and implement physician orders
• Ensure medication cart and records are maintained
• Provide status reports to oncoming staff
• Assist in shift assignments and coverage management
• Ensure care staff comply with policies and quality standards
• Handle family or visitor concerns and document actions

Essential Functions

• Monitors the daily care of all residents
• Performs skilled nursing tasks as defined by company policy and procedure, and as allowed by state law
• Documents observations, concerns, and changes in resident conditions, incidents, and/or accidents, and ensure that follow-up documentation occurs until the issue is resolved.
  
• Communicates resident needs and concerns to family members and physicians
  
• Communicate with family members, physicians, and other outside healthcare providers
• Records and implements physician orders
• Ensures that information and interventions recorded on resident service plans are implemented by Caregivers
• Ensures that Medication Aides are maintaining an orderly medication cart, medication room, and accurate medication administration records
• Receives reports from caregivers before the end of the shift
• Provides status reports to oncoming Staff
• Assist in shift assignments and ensures that assigned duties are completed in a satisfactory manner
• Monitors care staff performance for compliance with established policies and procedures, and to ensure quality resident care
• Manages shift coverage when staff members call in sick for the oncoming shift
• Responsible for scheduling and other staffing duties, as requested
• Deals appropriately with a family member and visitor concerns or complaints, documenting the issues and actions taken through the appropriate reporting mechanism
• Manages minor physical plant issues that arise during assigned shifts, reporting as necessary to Maintenance Director and Administrator

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Current state LPN/LVN or RN License if required by State
• Previous experience working with the elderly in a healthcare setting
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff
• Ability to represent the facility in a positive and professional manner
