Job summary

Cotter House Worthington is seeking a dedicated nurse to oversee resident care and supervise resident care assistants. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and requires delivering care within scope while ensuring all documentation complies with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted Ohio Nursing License (RN/BSN/LPN).
• Experience in a senior living environment preferred.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s and dementia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care of residents and supervision of resident care assistants.
• This position reports to the Director of Nursing.
• Work within their scope of practice to care for residents.
• Ensure that all paperwork and documentation is up to date and complies with state regulations.
• Assisting with mealtimes.
