The Neighborhood at Hopkinsville, part of Phoenix Senior Living, is seeking a Community Engagement Assistant (Move-in Coordinator) to support the Sales & Marketing team in achieving occupancy goals. The role includes managing CRM lead tracking, preparing move-in paperwork, and orienting residents to their new home.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in.sales admin, strong customer service, and familiarity with the senior living industry; proficiency with MS Office and Phoenix applications;

Qualifications

• Education: Associate and/ or College degree preferred.
• One year experience in a sales administrative role.
• Customer service experience and skills.
• Knowledge and experience in the Senior Living Industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM lead tracking system proficiency for sales & marketing.
• Prepare resident move-in paperwork and administrative files.
• Orientate residents and coordinate move-ins with the team.
