Job summary

The Highlands in Topsham, ME is seeking a Move In Coordinator to support the Sales & Marketing Department and oversee the move-in process for new residents. You will manage lead flow, assist with paperwork, and ensure positive first impressions for families and prospects.

Ideal candidates have two years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in senior living, and are proficient with Windows/Office and CRM tools. This role requires strong communication and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
• Experience in Senior Living is preferred.
• Proficient with Windows, Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel for meetings as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support the team to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Assist in move-in paperwork for new residents.
• Ensure smooth transition for new residents with excellent customer service.
• Close sales by guiding residents and families.
• Coordinate marketing events and assist with plans.
• Maintain marketing materials and lead management system.
