Job summary

Clarendale Ann Arbor is seeking a hospitality-focused Move-In Coordinator to ensure successful move-ins for future residents. The role works with the Director of Marketing and Sales to guide selections, coordinate with internal teams, and prepare move-in documentation.

Responsibilities include guiding residents through choices, updating move-in guides, and staffing the office to handle inquiries, tours, and appointments, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (emphasis in sales/marketing preferred).
• Two years’ experience in marketing/sales.
• One year experience in senior housing or healthcare-related field.
• One year experience in hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists and guides future residents in available selections (kitchens, flooring, colors, up-grades).
• Communicates with internal stakeholders including community leadership and other departments.
• Prepares closing documentation and internal communication timely and accurately.
• Serves as the primary contract with the future resident regarding move-in dates and details.
• Develops and updates the community move-in guide.
• Staffs the office to meet business needs which may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Backups for inquiry calls, tours and scheduled appointments.
• Participates in marketing events as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Updates the community move-in resource guide.
