Job summary

Cedarhurst Living in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Sales Associate to support occupancy growth by coordinating move-ins, handling contracts, assessments, and logistics, and delivering outstanding customer service to residents and families.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will conduct tours, maintain marketing materials, participate in trainings, and help execute lead-generation events while upholding Cedarhurst's hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred, ideally within senior living, healthcare, or a related hospitality‑driven industry.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Create resident contracts and coordinate the move-in process.
• Provide tours to prospects, as needed.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff in a kind, respectful way.
• Assist with lead-gen events and marketing efforts.
• Coordinate logistics and paperwork for move-ins.
