Qualifications

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Position requires nights and weekends as needed to meet business needs.
• Proficient spoken, reading, and written English.

Responsibilities

• Communicate retirement programs and increase sales to meet goals; prospect through residents, events, and community programs.
• Conduct community tours for future residents and support transfer needs.
• Respond to inquiries; maintain accurate inquiry files and contact prospects to arrange tours and follow-ups; flexible hours for tours.
