Qualifications

• 1+ year experience assisting with medication in a care setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus; MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacy, and physicians.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries.
• Maintain confidential medication and care records.
• Ensure a safe environment following safety standards.
• Foster teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
