Job summary

Ivy Park at Santa Rosa, part of Ivy Living and managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Senior Living Medication Technician for a full-time, hourly role in Santa Rosa, CA. You will supervise and assist with medication administration, provide direct personal care, and support residents and staff in alignment with our compassionate mission.

Responsibilities include coordinating with residents, pharmacies, and physicians; maintaining records; and ensuring a safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families and colleagues effectively.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track all medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.
