Ivy Park at Tustin, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is a premier senior living community that values quality care and a supportive team. We are seeking a Medication Technician to supervise and assist in medication administration, engage residents in activities, and collaborate with housekeepers and maintenance to uphold our care standards.

The role emphasizes accurate records, resident safety, and coordinated medication services with pharmacies and physicians.

Formación

• One year of experience assisting with medications in a RCFE or similar setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN license is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (TB).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies, and physicians.
• Order and track all medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests per safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
