Job summary

Oakmont Management Group’s Ellore Senior Living seeks a Medication Technician to supervise and assist with medication administration for residents. Part-time day and night shifts are available, with a focus on teamwork, safety, and resident comfort.

The role requires 1 year RCFE experience, strong customer service, and ability to interact with residents and families. The position emphasizes following nursing standards, coordinating with pharmacies and physicians, and maintaining confidential

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience assisting with medication in a RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly).
• Based on state regulation, training/certification may be required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies, and physicians.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across co-workers and departments.
