Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician for Memory Care to supervise and assist in medication administration for residents, following nursing standards and company policies. The role also provides direct personal care and encourages resident participation in activities, coordinating with other staff to maintain accuracy and safety.

The ideal candidate has experience in medication assistance in RCFE or similar, is at least 18, and may need state-trained

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with medication in RCFE or similar setting.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus.
• Ability to follow nursing standards and company policies.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with the resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track all medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
