Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinating medication services with resident, pharmacy and physician.
• Track orders and changes in medication and refills.
• Maintain accurate resident medication records and MAR documentation.
• Ensure safe administration of medications and report any changes in resident status.
