You will document accurately in MAR/TAR, observe residents during and after passes, monitor symptoms, and comply with infection control and regulatory standards to prevent errors and safeguard well-being.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Certified in Medication Administration.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Experience in senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration.
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time.
• Observe residents during and after medication passes.
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered.
• Report refusals or concerns promptly.
• Complete narcotic counts per policy.
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms.
• Follow infection control and safety standards.
