Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Medication Aide/Med Tech to ensure residents receive medications safely and with dignity. You will administer medications per physician orders, follow the Six Rights, and document accurately in MAR/TAR in real time.

Observe residents during and after passes, monitor symptoms, report refusals promptly, complete narcotic counts, and keep carts/rooms clean while maintaining infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Strong documentation and communication skills required.
