Responsibilities

• Medication Administration: Accurately prepare, administer, and document medications according to physician orders and company protocols.
• Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in residents' health status, measure vital signs, and assist with basic healthcare tasks.
• Resident Engagement: Build positive relationships with residents and encourage participation in wellness programs.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow infection control procedures, maintain organized medication carts and records, and respond to emergencies.
