Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to join our community. You will provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents, assist with daily living activities, and help in medication observation and documentation to ensure safety and dignity.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, resident engagement, and strict adherence to care plans within a supportive, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents.
• Observe and document changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Support medication administration under supervision and document accordingly.
• Engage residents in life enrichment activities and social events.

Skills

CNA certification preferred

CPR certification preferred

First aid certification preferred

Experience with seniors preferred

Education
