Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Molalla, OR is hiring Medication Technicians (Med Tech/CMA) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents, helping with medication administration and daily living activities under personalized plans.

You will join a team focused on resident comfort, safety, and well-being, following documentation, managing inventory, and coordinating with pharmacies. Weekend rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state medication administration license.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications to residents per their care plan.
• Document changes in resident status and report as needed.
• Manage medication inventory and storage; coordinate re-orders with pharmacies.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and compassionate care.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Foster open communication with residents, families and healthcare staff.
