Cogir Senior Living in Oregon seeks a Medication Technician (Med Tech/CMA) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents, assisting with medication administration and activities of daily living in accordance with personalized care plans.

You will join a team that supports safety and well-being, manage medication inventory and documentation, collaborate with pharmacies, families, and healthcare professionals, and participate in weekend rotations to uphold high standards of care and resident

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state medication administration license (CNA/CMA/etc.).
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• 12+ months of medication administration experience.
• Experience with memory care is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and integrity.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Empathy, patience, and respect for residents.
• Willing to participate in weekend rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily medication administration as per care plans.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes.
• Manage medication inventory and storage; coordinate re-orders.
• Provide support with activities of daily living.
• Offer engagement and companionship to residents.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment programs.
• Promote open communication among staff, families, residents.
