Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking Medication Technicians (Med Tech/CMA) to support residents with medication administration and daily living activities. You will work as part of a compassionate team dedicated to safety, comfort, and well-being.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid medication administration license, and First Aid/CPR certification. 12 months of experience and weekend availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid state medication administration license.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 12 months of medication administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications to residents as documented in care plans.
• Document changes in resident status and follow protocols.
• Manage medication inventory and coordinate with pharmacies.
• Provide daily living assistance and compassionate support to residents.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Promote open communication among residents, families, and staff.
• Support the care team to ensure safety and quality of care.
