Tenfold Senior Living is hiring a Med Tech to deliver personalized resident care and support for a connected community. You will work closely with residents to understand their needs and ensure high-quality care daily.

Responsibilities include medication management, documentation, coordinating with pharmacies, and assisting with daily living activities. A compassionate, communicative approach and compliance with care plans are essential.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience relating to seniors is required.
• Meets licensing and background requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with medication management per physician orders.
• Keep medication documentation current and accurate.
• Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies; keep the med room neat and organized.
• Monitor psychotropic meds for physician-ordered use.
• Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, bathroom, grooming).
• Assist residents with mobility, including escort and transfer.
• Assist with housekeeping (making beds, cleaning kitchen/bathroom).
• Use eHR and systems to track resident care per care plans.
• Observe safety and report condition changes to the Resident Services Director.
