Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking a Med Tech to join our dedicated team in providing high-quality care to seniors in our memory care and assisted living settings.

As a Med Tech, you will safely deliver and administer medications while building meaningful relationships with residents and supporting a compassionate care team. Candidates with memory care experience and a genuine passion for seniors are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Med Tech training program.
• Direct Caregiver Certification.
• High school diploma.
• Minimum six months’ experience in long term care, home care, or a related field, preferably as a Med Tech.
• Memory care experience preferred.
• Able to work some holidays and weekends.
• Must love working with seniors.
• Team builder with strong communication and assessment skills.
• Excellent computer skills and willingness to grow.
