Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician for our community at Park Oak Grove to provide hands-on care and support to residents. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health changes, and maintaining a safe home-like environment.

Responsibilities cover care duties and medication observation, with proper documentation and collaboration with nursing staff. A CNA certification and senior-care experience are preferred; CPR/First Aid certifications

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents during shift.
• Observe, document and report symptoms or changes in residents.
• Respond promptly to alarms, bells, and supervisor instructions.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and common areas.
• Assist with medication administration under supervision and proper documentation.
