Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to join the Park Oak Grove community. The role includes hands-on resident care, medication administration, and maintaining a safe, home-like environment.

You will observe and report changes, assist with daily living activities, document care, and collaborate with nurses. A CNA certification and CPR/First Aid are preferred, with competitive benefits offered. The position emphasizes dignity and independence for residents.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Previous experience with seniors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Care for designated residents during shift; monitor location and wellbeing.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions and document observations.
• Respond to call bells promptly and notify supervisor if care needs increase.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation of rooms and bathrooms.
• Support residents with activities of daily living and promote independence.
• Greet and assist residents, family members, guests, and staff in a professional manner.
