Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to join our Homeplace of Burlington community in Burlington, NC. This role provides hands-on care and medication assistance to residents on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents, administering meds under supervision, documenting changes, and maintaining a clean, safe environment while promoting independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred
• First Aid Certification preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents during the shift.
• Observe and document symptoms and conditions for changes in resident status.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and notify supervisor if needs increase.
• Assist with continence management and meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Support activities of daily living and life enrichment activities.
• Greet and assist residents, family members, and guests.
