Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living, Homeplace of Burlington, is seeking a Care/Medication Technician for 3rd shift with PT or FT availability. You will provide hands-on care, monitor residents, administer medications under supervision, and support daily living activities in a home-like setting.

The role requires a CNA or Medication Technician credential, a high school diploma, and a compassionate approach to seniors.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• Medication Technician required
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• CPR Certification preferred
• First Aid Certification preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and check on them regularly.
• Observe and document residents' symptoms and condition changes.
• Respond to call bells promptly and notify supervisor of increased care needs.
• Assist with continence management and meal service; maintain sanitation.
• Lead residents in activities of daily living and life enrichment activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas and report concerns.
