Job summary

Wesley Commons is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to develop and implement marketing strategies, conduct market research, and coordinate all reservations, tours, and move-ins for prospective residents. Qualifications

• Business degree in Management and/or Marketing.
• 1–2 years related CCRC experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Coordinate all cultivation and special events and move-in processes for new residents.
• Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Retirement Counselors to execute plans.
• Coordinate with outside vendors, advertising agencies, printers, and digital marketing partners.
• Prepare Move-in Notebooks and onboarding materials for new residents.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and report on lead generation, conversions and event attendance.
