The Glenview at Pelican Bay, operated by LCS (Life Care Services), is seeking a hospitality-focused Marketing Coordinator. The role includes administrative duties, event coordination across three Glenview companies, and daily CRM management to support marketing efforts.

Responsibilities include processing waitlists, interviewing potential buyers, managing deposits/refunds, updating resident files, and executing marketing campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• College degree preferred and a minimum of two years' office experience in marketing, sales, or customer service.
• Previous experience in senior living, hospitality or related industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must pass an extensive criminal background check and drug screen.

Aufgaben

• Process waitlist applications and organize waitlist files.
• Schedule interviews of potential buyers.
• Manage waitlist deposit and refund programs.
• Update and organize all resident files as changes occur.
• Plan and support marketing events (trade shows, campaigns, functions, presentations).
• Assist incoming residents with transition to the community.
• Maintain and send out Glenview marketing packets.
• Maintain marketing supply inventory.
