The Glenview at Pelican Bay in Naples, FL is seeking a hospitality-focused Marketing Coordinator to support three Glenview companies (independent living, home health, and skilled nursing and rehab). The role includes administrative tasks, events coordination, CRM management, and reporting.

Full-time position with hourly pay between $21.63 and $28.85. Ideal candidates have a college degree with at least two years of office experience in marketing, sales, or customer service, and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• College degree preferred and a minimum of two years' office experience, marketing, sales, or customer service.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Must lead by example and possess superior customer service skills and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must pass an extensive criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Processing of waitlist applications and organizing waitlist files.
• Scheduling interviews of potential buyers.
• Management of the waitlist deposit program and refund program.
• Updating and organizing of all resident files as changes require.
• Marketing and Promotional events (trade shows, campaigns, functions, presentations, etc.)
• Assists incoming Glenview residents with all facets of transition to our community.
• Maintaining and sending out Glenview marketing packets.
• Maintaining marketing supply inventory.

We are currently considering candidates for a hospitality focused Marketing Coordinator. Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding and superior hospitality. We currently have the following shifts available: Full-time

The Marketing Coordinator at The Glenview at Pelican Bay is responsible for administrative tasks, coordinating events for three Glenview companies (independent living, home health and skilled nursing and rehab), organizing and daily managing of a customer relationship management database, and completing reports for analysis.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the following services including but not limited to:

• Responsible for the processing of waitlist applications and organizing waitlist files.
• Responsible for scheduling interviews of potential buyers.
• Management of the waitlist deposit program and refund program.
• Updating and organizing of all resident files as changes require.
• Marketing and Promotional events (trade shows, campaigns, functions, presentations, etc.)
• Assists incoming Glenview residents with all facets of transition to our community.
• Maintaining and sending out Glenview marketing packets.
• Maintaining marketing supply inventory.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Previous experience in senior living, hospitality or related industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Must lead by example and possess superior customer service skills and professionalism.
